1. How do tutoring sessions work?
Our sessions are online and completely interactive. Your child can upload assignments ahead of time or share their screen during the session. We work directly from their own classwork—no extra worksheets, no busywork, just focused support on what matters most.
2. How long is each session?
Each session runs 45 minutes, plus a 15-minute wrap-up to make sure your child leaves confident and clear on what they learned. This time also allows for quick parent updates and ensures no question is left unanswered.
3. How do I book a session?
Booking is simple! Just visit our Setmore page, pick a session type, choose a time that works, and you’re all set. No phone calls, no back-and-forth—just fast and easy scheduling.
4. How do I pay?
Payment is secure and collected during booking.

5. What’s your cancellation policy?
All sessions are non-refundable. To reschedule or cancel and receive credit, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full fee. In emergencies, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.
6. What should my child bring to the session?
Have your child ready with class assignments, notes, or login info for platforms like Canvas, DeltaMath, or Google Classroom. A quiet space and a charged device help them get the most out of the session.
